New years day rabbit hunting was always a tradition in my family, however bad knees have taken their toll and an all day walk is just not in the cards anymore, I envy your Great Rabbit Day, there is nothing like the sound of hounds chasing a rabbit. This is an old picture with a neighbor who had some great rabbit dogs who I use to pair up with mine

Yes..... we do not have beagles like way back when.........but all in all, it was a great day afield with a few great Friends indeed. Thanks for reading it. Happy New Year!
