New Year's Day cruise

Got a new car cover from Santa...I decided to detail the Chevelle today and take it out for a bit as the temps were in the 50's there was zero salt on the roads. Stopped at Quik Check for a coffee and apparantley I wasn't the only one who was letting their ride's pipes breathe today, lol...

There was a gorgeous red '66 Dodge Comet 440 and an immaculate gold '67 Mustang there. Thought I would share some pics on here..Was interesting when the owner of the 440 said he had bought the car from Colorado in September. The engine and the carb needed to be tuned for the east coast air as he said it was tuned specifically for the air in Co..

Tucked it away under the new cover when back. 1st time ever having the car out in January for me...Was pretty cool...

HONOR THE FALLEN

Over the years the US has sent many of its fine young men & women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return, is enough to bury those that did not return. COLIN POWELL
