Venison burgers and backstrap

Brother came by again and he supplied the meat (from a deer I shot for him lol). Made burgers and backstrap with a side of onion rings.

What's in the burgers? I just saw a recipe for bacon and mushrooms cooked and added to meat before grilling. Looked good.

I add a package of knors vegetable mix or lipton onion soup mix just to help hold them together.

I do the same with the onion soup mix, they always come out Great!!
