12/27/2018 Check In

I plan on hunting this afternoon at one of my properties in Zone 8 with my muzzle loader. I haven't hunted this property in several weeks. Good luck to all who are going out today.

I just got permission to hunt some zone 5 private property, going out today to set up camera and put some corn out. Property owner is looking for herd management. Going to hunt it winter bow. Looks promising and I haven’t even scouted it yet. Saw 15 deer from the guys driveway. Should of seen me foaming at the mouth 😂

Good luck! This property that I hunt is for herd management as well. We only shot one deer so far.

Had Cabin Fever yesterday. Went to my local spot and killed a fat Spike Buck at 4:45 with my Muzzleloader. Had to kill with the ML or I wouldn't be happy. Farmer was happy.

Thanks. David shot a doe back in September out of this stand. So, I'm hoping something walks by tonight.

The only issue with this stand is that there's an active black den's about a 100 yards behind it. A little nerve racking especially in the dark.
