Dress warm gonna be a cold one. I'm gonna try for an afternoon bow hunt in a bow only area tomorrow afternoon

Ohhhhh it's definitely a bit nipple out here! Already had a small buck scent checking a trail leading to a bedding area!

Lol. Should've turned around after DD! It's really ----'- cold out ! Got to my spot n even thought I cleared a path to my blind the ground was still crunchy, kicked a few on the way.If you buy a blind make sure there's no zippers. Lol all the window n entrance zips were froze finally got settled in think'n this is a waste after all the noise I made. Not 10mins after I got settled 3doe walked by. Go figure! Good luck all, stay safe m warm.

Man it is freeeeezing! I hear ya, my pull-up rope clip was frozen. And my lifeline prussik was frozen stuck to the line. I too cleared a path to be ninja quiet coming in but it was still crunchy!

18°F isn't cold!  Pffft, that's T-shirt weather!  It's 16°F in beautiful Haskell.  Now that's cold!

Lol ! Tshirt weather! 15 to 20 yrs ago I could handle this weather. Now @47 I'm wonder'n if there is really any buck worth freeze'n to death for .lol might have to look into one of those blind heaters or hunt from the property owners wood stove heated sun room!

Has 2 recliners n the frig is stocked with that high $ beer n plenty of burbon in the bar ! Hahaaa!

I didn't hunt this morning simply because I am tied of sounding like a herd of elephants trampling to my stand, all after clearing out the path.  I'll sit this afternoon 450 feet from one of the developments and see if I can't catch them (the deer) commuting to "work".

Just got back from my morning sit.. Nothin.. Plenty of  tracks around though.. Didnt feel the cold through 3 layers of clothing... Back out at 3...

That sun feels glorious! Was going to get out and take a nap but just gonna grind out an all dayer. Would be nice if a shooter showed up midday
