Bucksnbows Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 (edited) I realize that it's only Wednesday afternoon, but the snow is expected to start mainly after 1pm on Saturday. I think we'll see deer and bear up on their feet that morning and perhaps into the early part of the storm. Make sure you're in your stand on Saturday. And keep your fingers crossed they got this storm right so far. BowhunterNJ Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 Yeah it's going to be cold over the next few days, I'd imagine deer will be moving pretty steady!
Haskell_Hunter Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 If your nuts don't freeze together, you haven't been spending enough time in the woods this week. Bucksnbows 1 Sapere aude. Audeamus. When you cannot measure, your knowledge is meager and unsatisfactory.
Axiom Posted December 11, 2013 Posted December 11, 2013 My favorite time to hunt is when its snowing and almost no wind.. Tuesday was perfect... BowTechExperience 1

BowTechExperience Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 heard a rumor that the weather people use a color coded chart to interpret the weather.. Hatchet 1
MJK50 Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 The bucks that were on my property all seem to have flown to Florida for the winter. I'm all by myself, haven't heard a shot on any of my neighbors property or even seen another hunter all week, or any deer for that matter just tracks. I did see a skinny Red Fox yesterday at about 75 yards tho.
BowhunterNJ Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Deer I've been seeing are mostly super cautious. They know what's up. Pretty slow going overall too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
