Had Jimmy process 2 deer for me and picked them up last night. I couldn't wait to try the Hot Sticks. Had to put them under running water so they would thaw out. They were excellent. This morning I tried his breakfast sausage,  again it was excellent.  Very happy with his services and product. Class operation, will use him everytime I kill a deer down his way. Thanks Jimmy.

I've been using Jimmy 4 years he's the best butcher around hands down

I don’t shoot many in Jersey anymore, but he’s the only guy I go to. His place is cleaner than a operating room at the hospital, and he doesn’t co mingle your deer with others. 👍🏻

I just started using him this year after Jorge retired on me. Super clean and great job. He’s got my 8 point right now, my third deer with him so far this year.

I accidentally scared the crap out of him one day on the Musky this past spring or early summer.  He was fighting and ultimately landed a huge rainbow and I was watching unnoticed on the bank.  When he landed it, I said too loudly, "Great fish!" and he had no idea I was standing there.  Scared him out of his waders.  That's how we first met.   

I took some good photos of that fish for him on his cell, but he's not a big internet guy to say the least and doesn't post much.
