Any Updates On The Bear Hunt Lawsuit?

Actually NJ Fish and Wildlife is now partially funded by general funds and the properties bought with /Green Acres money did not use Hunter and Angler funds. Therefore if the properties were GA properties the Division would not have had much to say about the transfer.

The Wanaque WMA was transferred about 10 years ago.  I don't remember which year exactly, but it was a while ago.
