I am leaning towards fake.  Where is the front paw?  if it's walking you'd see it, and there is no definition at all for the front right leg.  The fur in the back is all wrong.  It's like someone took the rump and back, enlarged them, and moved them back.  The animal lack any kind of symmetry, which it would retain while walking.

There is more wrong with this photo than right.  Even a game cam would have taken a better photo with more details on the animal.
