When some people think a spot is too far to hunt even it is a better spot, I think to myself.....I would rather drive a hour or two to see more animals than hunt close and see nothing for several hours.

I've actually communicated with the gentleman that has the offer here.  I've got pheasant, duck, And deer hunts for the boys already planned for the next 3-5 weeks. If he doesn't get any takers ( I think he has)  then I'll buy the permit for boys for permit bow or possibly do winter bow. I'm interested just because I like seeing different areas. Seeing how the terrain is. I'm just used to cedar swamps and pine trees    lol.

I have a 17 year old son that would be interested. I grew up only a few miles from you. But, he's already shot a bunch of deer so, I'd rather see a new hunter hunt on your property.
