Saw BoneCollector85’s post not to long ago for venison nachos. I decided to make them for dinner tonight. I made the chips by cutting up Sahara pita pockets and baked them at 395 for 10 minutes with salt/pepper/garlic powder.  Browned the venison meat with chopped up peppers and onions.  Layered the chips and meat then added queso blanco dip,  shredded cheese and a bit of sour cream
