Last of the freezers venison to jerky

Welp....its time to fill the freezer again!  Last year's harvests are just about gone  after making some jerky!

7 lbs of stripped venison

Cabelas Original and Sweet n Spicy jerky marinade

About 5 hrs of oven time per batch at 225 degrees with oven door propped open with a meat thermometer for an average temp of 185-190 degrees
