You can take frozen tendernloins you discover that are over a year old - dry rub them with anything that has pepper in it - and pan sear the pair of them whole but don’t over-cook. Words cannot describe how melt in your mouth amazingly deliculious these were. Look at it. Just look at it!  This is an addiction that needs no cure.

Why would anyone have tenderloins in their freezer for over a year? LOL!

yeah I knew that would be a popular response - I too was like "how did those get lost?"    Trust me -  a year in the freezer did them no harm.  I was only going to eat one tenderloin, but the second one disappeared faster than the first.

I would absolutely cringe if anyone needed ketchup or any sauce on that... It makes it's own sauce...  You just re-dip it in it's natural juices...   I am finally getting to point of emptying freezer, I gave my EAB doe to a buddy so not keep piling new onto old.    I am trying to make room for a good buck should I be so blessed.

Damn that was good - I could eat another pair by myself, as I did this one.

Looks perfect. I think that Rusty likes it a little pinker.
