Ckecked My Cams This Morning

The cam over the scrape had one deer walk by but couldn't see what it was, then had a small bear come in, this is the first time the scrape didn't have a deer hit it. The other cam had a good amount of does with their fawns with them, the small bucks that was on it where alone......Not worth posting any picture or videos.

I would think after this rain today, they'll be out reopening scrapes like crazy.

Matt I have to agree, it was so windy up in Northwestern NJ, and on the way home I drove thru a storm with lots of rain and very high winds.  I'll be out Saturday, going to be nice but somewhat warm, cold snap comes in Sunday, I will be out Monday

This next week should be really good...especially the tail end of it. Hands down my favorite days are the 8th-12th.

with mature does still with their young, small bucks alone, scrape not being it tells me that the true rut isn't on yet in my area, but that can change at anytime
