Already have more than I need by a few hundred  .
All of my learning rods that don t look as good as what im doing now sitting in the corner. united composites and rod geeks. Can only fish with too fluke rods at a time ,i build 8 lol

sometimes IM happy just having a rod built that's really no frills.

more work put into the cork handles etc. im looking for great functionality .

ask a rod maker to make a Black hole, or a lami blank that way they cringe

Seems every rod builder I have used get too involved in the wraps , and wants to spend too much time on them.

While they make a rod look good , they don't make it fish better.

Good position of the handle, good guide spacing etc  is more important to me.

Heck I will fish a plain black rod and be super happy if everything else is perfect.
