Non stop rain forcast for me for the next 48 hours!  There was a break in the rain for 1 hour yesterday,  but no deer. My next chance is looking like Friday.  Good luck!

Yes rain is supposed to be heavier this Pm, that’s why I got out this morning. Had a buck cruise through and saw a possum so far. I’m still hopeful!

Had one big old long nose doe come through but never got a shot opportunity , she then bedded down like 80yds out for a while then got up and walked off. Just got back to my truck.

Good luck! No hunting for me today either. One of my best friends is heading back to training before deploying to Afghanistan. Not gunna see him for 6 months or so. Stopped by the house last night and ended up bullshittin and drinking some beers until midnight. Was planning on getting out but missing it for that good night of laughter and beer was well worth it.
