BowhunterNJ
It isn't cheap, but this thing looks phenomenal! Their handsaws look awesome too! Anyone by chance ever use one? http://wickedtreegear.com/wickedpolesaw12foot.html
Bowhunter444
I have a hooyman saw like it a lot. Plus it's a lot cheaper Sent from my SCH-I535 using Tapatalk "Don't forget that you're First Marines! BowhunterNJ
Ken, I have the Hooyman too but mine isn't a 12ft extension...I think it's probably about 6 feet or so extended? Great for packing into on the fly hunts. I also have a pole saw I bought a long time ago that is pretty big...probably a 16' to reach up when needed. remingtonman1108
I have a Wicked Tree Gear hand saw and it is just that. Wicked. It is super light weight, strong, and sharp. I really am shocked on how light it is. Cost about $50 but well worth it and super fast shipping. BowhunterNJ
BowhunterNJ
I've been using Gerber saws for years (the Hooyman is a new addition I use mostly when carrying my stand in and out, Gerber for pre-setup spots), but they're cheap and tend to break/bend...but they are super sharp and do the job. Just have to watch out for the "pinch" when cutting branches, I've snapped a couple blades that way. I'd imagine that Wicked saw is pretty tough...at least I'd hope for that price
