Hypodermics are the only heads we shoot with the crossbow for deer. Devastating.

Finally - the perfect match of suitable game to the BH...   I would feel perfectly comfortable hunting gophers with a Rage anytime, anywhere.

I never shot the hypodermic. I use rage with cut on contact tip. In my mind it provides addition cutting surface but as I said I don't know the other, hypodermis, side.

So, how many shots do you get out of one rage broad head?

Hunting deer I have killed up to 3 deer with the same Brodhead. It all depends on what you hit, including the ground on the other side. I also change individual blades when they get damaged. I know some on here will change to  new head after one kill but I find this unnecessary.

Been using some of my Rage Hypodermics to shoot woodchucks.

Been doing a number on them as in this pic.

None have moved a foot. And all have been a bloody wreck.

Yet none have had a drop of blood on the arrow.

Have had reapers doing the same thing. Makes me scratch my head how either broahead can get through there without sign in the arrow.

But happy to be cutting down the number of chucks here . Still a few more left
