The toilet is safe.  I eat more fiber than a horse, my system is used to it.

You can only absorb 30-40 grams of protein per meal.  You don't want to waste it.  

That's why I eat 6-7 meals per day.

Here is a respectable meal. Venison kielbasa and my my last of wild pig ribs cooked in beer with onions,  kraut, fresh cabbage and collard greens. In the oven, should be ready in about an hour
