There are a few hurdles to be overcome a) water deficit area b) air quality - burning natural gas raises no2 c) local resistance to the pipeline (PennEast).

However, the best possible outcome would be a) water comes into the stream cooler and more aerated (600 MW is a lot of energy to play with) b) a contaminated site gets cleaned up c) potential for more land opened to the public.

Time to wait and see what actually happens...
