NO.

They say they come with no warranty...this would concern me if I was to buy one.

Yeah I saw that, but then in description is says 90 day warranty, where as new ones come with 2 years

I missed that.

You better move quick if you are going to get one because it looks like the cheaper ones are out of stock.

I used to always use Bushnell's but, last year I had three fail and they were just out of warranty. I wasn't happy. I purchased more Moultries and they seemed to be doing fine except that they are very sensitive to shadow movement. I always point them away from the sun but, they still take a lot of photos of nothing. I don't know if the more expensive ones have an adjustment for that.

I have about 25 of the Moultrie Trace and they do take a lot of pics in some instances. I switched trees and stopped getting those shadow pics. Some places there was not another tree to capture the pics because of direction I wanted to capture and just live with the extra pics. But try moving the cam in a slightly different direction and it may stop the shadow pics.

I had a refurbished Moultrie that worked until it got gone.  The camera was very sensitive to shadow and sun movement. Between that and the pictures of nothing but movement from the wind it filled up a card pretty quick. I have the Game Spy 2 plus Moultrie now that doesn't seem to be as sensitive to that. .

When the warranty terms are changed stay away form refurbished items because this tells you they have no confidence it will last.

I always buy refurbished regular cameras from Canon. On a $1000 body I save $300 and the warranty is as if I was buying new camera. Last one I bough is in its 9th year and  hundreds of thousand of clicks past its life expectancy.  I buy them directly from Canon.
