Venison Salisbury Steak

Eating dinner by myself tonight - so decided to take out a pound of ground venison and try something new. I wimped out and opted not to go for the artery-hardening, heart-attack-inducing bacon-encased-double cheeseburger-stuffed-in-a-pizza-shell thing (though, I'm still tempted to try that :D).

Basically - it's this recipe, with 1 pound of ground venison replacing the ground beef, and I added a half-cup of mushrooms during the low-temp cook period: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/14595/salisbury-steak/
