Venison Bacon Burger Wellington

Saw a recipe on Facebook for Bacon Burger Wellington so I put my own twist to it. Here’s what I used and it was delicious.

1lb chopped venison 

1 packet onion dip mix

8 slices of bacon

4 slices of American cheese

mix the meat with the onion dip and seperate into (4) 4oz patty’s 

put 2 patty’s together with cheese between them

wrap the burgers in bacon and brown them in a pan 

Wrap the burgers in pizza crust 

brush with melter butter and sprinkle with garlic powder 

bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes

I’m getting close to running out of chop meat myself. I won’t be a happy camper when that happens!
