I don't care what problems I have with American trucks I will never buy a Tundra,it's a truck thing to me.Cars I really don't care about,I have a Sentra as a beater but I bought it when I needed something quick. I don't care if someone has a Toyota or Nissan truck, but I feel more proud driving my Ford.

If Fords your thing then good for you.. But me?.. I'm all about reliability.. Since 1985 i've owned a Toyota 4x4 pickup , 6  Camrys, a 4Runner, Sequoia, Land cruiser  and a Lexus ( in that order ) and have yet to experience a major problem... All of them were running great when i traded them in and was always happy with what the dealers gave me for them... I'm not saying Toyota makes the only reliable vehicle on the road,  I wouldnt know that  to be true cause i havent owned another Make since before 1985... Nor will I going forward... :cupcoffee:

Don't think the cheap metal they use for frames will hold a real motor ! lmao ! I'd rather push my FORD than drive anything else !

You add camo to anything, it immediately becomes cool.

Wow, I would imagine that they will really beef that truck up to hold that engine! Probably the best diesel ever along with the 7.3 Powerstroke.  If Toyota's are as good as Axiom says, combined with that engine should be really interesting!

I see the toyota cool aid made it over from the other site.

I spent most of my money on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.

Abuse?.. you wanna talk about abuse?.. I remember the first camry i bought.. Didnt change the oil for the first  30,000 + miles.. After 30,000 i lost alot of power so i took it in.. When the guy took out the drain plug the oil didnt run out.. it came out in clumps.. flushed it 3 times with clean oil and it ran like new afterwards... If it was a ford the engine would probably have locked up after 15,000 and would have needed to be rebuilt...

I'm loyal to Toyota just like others are loyal to other brands, what ever makes you happy, your money your investment. But I have owned every brand but Dodge, I have true horror stories about the only Chevy I owned just not about the truck but about their CS from the dealer to GM themselves, it took alot of work but in the end I won. The Ford I had I didn't own it long enough but for the short period of time I did I liked it alot, but after getting rid of it I got numerous re-call notices in the mail for numerous different problems and I was happy in the long run I got rid of it. The Nissan I owned no problems, but never felt good to me. I have owned three Tacomas, granted my first one I had a blown head gasket at 90,000 ( year later there was a re-call on it) I had a extended warranty thank GOD, but I drove over 60 miles with a blown head gasket which I didn't know until I got home cause I driving on the highway and it was cold out so the engine stayed cooled. They fixed it, and nothing was wrong with the pistons or anything, the service manager thinks it was from using Mobil 1 synthetic oil. My other Tacomas never a problem, and at times I regret trading in my last one. Since 2010 I have a Tundra, I love it but hate that it eats gas like a fat chick eats candy, but it is what it is....No problems thank GOD. I have only 29,000 miles on it, and will keep it for at least another 8 years till I retire and treat myself. But as of now if I was in the market for another truck it would be the Tacoma hands down!!! if I was going to by one of the so-called big 3 it would be Ford.

Im pro-toyota. had a 95 tacoma 2.7 4cyl. sold it in 2010 for $3500 with 279,000 miles and it was still running great, actually i regret selling it. only problems in 279k miles were power steering pump and a clutch. After that i  was  a believer, in 2010 i bought a new tacoma with the same motor.

now with all due respect, Axiom, why would you not change your oil for 30k?
