need help on party boat.

Not sure about a "night" trip for fluke, do you mean afternoon into evening?  Or do you mean "night" as in after dark?  If it's the latter, I haven't heard of many people up here targeting fluke at night, and don't know of any party boats that do.  If you mean afternoon/evening, charter boats will do an afternoon trip, but most party boats are 1/2 day oriented in the PMs and go from 2-6:30PM or so.
