Just got home from shooting the course a little while ago. What a beautiful morning. You could not order better weather. Assunpink is such a nice and clean WMA.

Thank you for the kind words, and thank you for your support! We had a great weekend, weather was perfect! Beautiful sleeping weather in the pop up!

Beautiful sunrise with the mist hovering over the fields! Years ago, I took a reporter from the Star-Ledger around to show him our course lay out and he said what a "Great Treasure" we have here! I believe you're right Assunpink may be the cleanest of all the WMAs. It has giving me many great memories and I've never hunted there, but I made a lot of great friends there (Mark Kronyank will say, "You don't have any friends") I've watch alot of your kids and mine grow up to be fine young adults! We consider it an honor to be part of your kids lives, to see them progress, and grow, and to have successful careers and even start their own families! That is a privilage to us, that's why Doc, John, and the rest of both councils TANJ and UBNJ do it, to promote our sport and to raise up it's future. My favorite part of Jamboree weekend is sitting down Saturday Night and breaking bread with our fellow council members, and campers, thanks to Kenny Olander who prepared a wonderful Venison and Wild Turkey Parmesan, and he covered every minute of the Soda Stop this weekend for us, Great Job Ken!  Back to the Jamboree, it was the BEST Jamboree that I can remember no doubt due to the great weather! Joe Cuzzo on the grill with all his help was a plus and the new target cores, plus two new targets made the range top notch! We had some good door prizes, Hundereds of Dollars in Gift Cards donated by Cheyenne Mountain Outfitters, Hertiage Guild and A & M Archery  and a Carbon Knight bow Courtesy of The Sportsmen Center won by Justin Hardwerk! The shoot-off winner Matt Rubson will be going on a Kansas Whitetail Hunt courtesy of Hickory Creek Outfitters. So many people to thank and Big John will be thanking our council members for the long hard hours they put in, but most of all we thank all those of you who came out and supported us not just this year, but year in and year out! You make this event POSSIBLE!

one thing I'm getting a little older and can't remember every thing: So I will be posting more thanks you's after I converse with Doc and John, there are too many sponsors and workers to thank, and I want to thank them all!

Again thanks for a great weekend,

Jack
