Taking Jr to his orthdontist appointment today he asked to take the Chevelle...Perfect day, used one of my favorite detailers called Griot's Garage best of show detailer after the car has been sitting all winter. Easy application, brings out depth better than other products, although I still like Macguier's products also. It can be purchased at Auto Zone or on Amazon....Time to let the pipes breathe!

Back in my late teens, early 20s my friend and I detailed cars for some side cash, we used Zymol which back then it could only be purchased from them, they got purchased by I think Turtle Wax Company and the quality went down hill and it was sold in Auto Zones and places like that

Very nice! My very first car was a SS 454 with the LS-5 , after a while I put an LS-6 in it ! Nothing beat that car, nothing! We are are now doing a father/son 69 Chevelle SS 396 clone!

Don't EVER sell it, you'll never forgive yourself!

The legendary and unbeatable LS-6!! Nice! This is funny, before we redid the interior and swapped engines out with a killer and built 327 from a '68 Vette, we were arguing over money and different bills over 20 years ago before kids....I pulled the car out of the garage and parked it at the bottom of the driveway with a brand new "For Sale" sign on the windshield. I did not even make it back up the driveway when a guy stopped and was asking about the car. I quietly looked at him, ripped the sign in half and said not for sale. Back into the garage it went. It is too much fun and will never hopefully have to sell it.....Have fun working on the car with your son! Will never forget taking out/replacing my interior with my son when he was only 10. Priceless!
