Ribs In the Smoker

Doing three racks of St Louis cut spare ribs today in the smoker. Just fired it up and put the ribs in. Ribs were dry rubbed last night and put in plastic wrap will smoke for 3 hours then wrap in aluminum foil with some secret ingredients and put back on the heat for another 2 hours to tenderize. Gonna bring them and some homemade baked beans and jalapeno corn bread out to Black Knights. My club is open to the public on Thursday and gonna see if anyone shows with the holiday. If anyone wants to come out grab your bow and show up I'll be there around 300pm and will hang out till whenever. Anyone wants to come we have kid bows and arrows and they have their own range to shoot. So if you don't want to deal with the shore traffic come on over and bring some beer and food and we'll have a party and shoot some!

Looks great. I usually do ribs but this year I started to do brisket. Maybe my new favorite. It is hard to find a un-trim one though.

I spent most of my money on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.
