I’m in shock. Nomad is getting soft on us. . I was hoping for pics of limits of roosters in fresh powder.

 I was going to go out also but its to crazy outside I think im going to wait till next week. Hopefully some of it will melt the weather will be warmer and no 40 mph winds haha.

I hope the birds weather it OK. Found a few frozen hens last week.  Frozen solid laying in the bedded position, not a mark on them.  It's going to be even colder this weekend. Didn't find any roosters maybe they are tougher.

When we went out we didn't find any frozen birds just a cockbird that was grabbed by a hawk. I hope they make it through this storm pretty crazy outside right now.

Tracked a bunch of birds today.  Missed a nice cock bird.  He went up close,  but there was too much brush between us.   Shot twice, no luck.  Tracked and shot a hen a little while later.  Didn't see any other hunters. Nice day.
