I far as I can tell this will be a weapon of destruction if the ban goes thru. Over fifty caliber and uses smokeless powder.

I far as I can tell. Also if it can produce 12,000lbs/ft reguardless of caliber. Everyone keeps saying 50BMG but it seems to be all 50's.

The poster at that links states it's a black powder gun.  Black powder is exempt under the law.  I had to check it out myself.

 

Technically a 12GA shotgun is a .72 cal weapon.  I have an 11-87 with a rifled barrel, which was nearly made illegal under the law.  That too is exempt.

 

I think there's really only one gun that was made illegal under the .50cal law, and I doubt its ever been used in a crime.  I'm not a gun expert, but I overheard someone mention that.

Yes he did use black powder but he also used trail boss which is smokeless. I hate to get in that debate with a NJ judge. The way I read it the 50 smith and wesson is also gone. I hope I am wrong.
