Lost my job this morning

I lost my job this morning after working there for 5 years, I'm an outboard engine tech with Mercury,Honda, Nissan and Yamaha skills, with Yamaha I have my 5-star certification for service writing and sevice management, plu 2 modules in the master tech program.

 

Need to try and find a job as soon as possible, so if anyone knows of a dealer or shop looking to hire a good outboard tech please let me know.

 

You charter captains out there would know someone I hope!.......thanks.

I'd imagine this is going to be a busy time for many shops.

That sucks, good worker, good track record and they let you go, amazing that these business owners will do this, they need to think about the workers and the customers. But with today's BS going on, they think they can screw good people over and just re-hire others at a lower pay rate. I wish you the very best in finding a job, your resume should/will speak for itself !!!  If you don't find anything, then just take advantage of un-employment if you need to, it's there for hard working people like yourself

Yeah, I'll be giving unemployment a call after the holiday. Not sure how that will go, it was sort of a mutual parting but he may try to say I quit.

Damn my brother runs a marina on the Delaware bay and is friends with pretty much every marina down there. Probably could have got you in somewhere down there
