Don't rule out "heart block" from lyme.

My doc told me about that one.

The result is something physicians call "heart block," which can be mild, moderate, or severe. Heart block from Lyme carditis can progress rapidly.

 

Patients may experience light-headedness, fainting, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, or chest pain.

Matty, hope you are OK. IMO best to know the cause and what, if anything, needs to be done. Fasting will also affect blood sugars, sodium, potassium etc. Best wishes!
