The other day while cleaning my new Remington 11-87 Super Magnum I notice that there wasn't a plug I search for one for 3.5" but just found plugs for 2-3/4" & 3". I called Remington told them I purchased the firearm used and needed to purchase the correct plug. They took down my information and told me they will be mailing it FREE of charge. I know the plugs are cheap but to mail it FREE for a product I got used is great customer service.
