Hoping For A Speedy Recovery For My Fellow Officers

Ever since the state of NJ have understaffed us there has been a increase of assaults on officers, just two days ago two officers I work with went down !!!  One needed emergency surgery his eye was dislodged from the eye socket, with that he may never gain his eye sight back or it may never be 100%, forcing him to retire, time will only tell.

thank you guys, I speak for them and I know if they where on this web site they would appreciate your kind words. We are no different then anyone, we put our pants on one leg at a time, we want to go to, and leave work in one piece just like everyone no matter what line work we do

I was talking to a buddy today and he was telling me about the to officers that were hurt in the past 2 weeks.Prayers for them.Sounds like its time to start treating prisoners like the scumbags they are and go to 23 hour a day lockdown.We are to lax with crimenals these days plain and simple and if theyv don't like it don't commit the crime.

Sorry to hear this, Joe. Be careful and watch your back. In the last couple of weeks we had several officer assaults here, too.

thanks lefteye, as you well know no matter what state or prison things are getting worst then ever.....I accept that it is part of the job, but I would like for myself and the people I work with to go home as they came to work, in one piece

We treat these "residents" too well too. Scum...should start cleaning house and kill anyone that isn't getting out anytime soon or is in and out of the system. Maybe people would stop breaking the law if the punishments really sucked.

It's been a week and a half since this happend and still the state of NJ refuses to press charges on these two inmates, oh my bad residents, and the all-mighty PBA sucks, they also refuse
