The FFL dealer called me that my Remington 11-87 Super Magnum Shurshot came in. I went over to his house to fill out the paperwork, this gun is used but it is like 100% new like it was advertised on Armslist.com. FFL Dealer said it can take up to 8 days or more for the NICS check. I will use my Mossberg 835 for turkey hunting this year.

 

He charged for transfer, NICS, tax $42.50

What you need to do is file a lawsuit for the NICS system violating your rights. You shoudl contact Scott Bach and find out what you can do.

 

NJ does not have an instituted waiting period and I find it unbelievable people are comfortable with waiting like this.

 

BUT, it is NJ..... so the people get what they vote for.
