Daiwa Lexa 300 with power handle is doing to become the GO TO real for Salt water fisherman looking for a reel with a level wind.

Reel is a winch and fits in the palm of your hand, way nicer to fish than the normal round style bait casters

Like I said on the other sight I use the shimano Calcutta 400 b and its a great reel.I average about 20 fluke trips a year last year was 27 trips and the reel was three years old and no problems so far.I had to over 10 pounds and and 5 fish over 8 pounds and never missed a beat.I just got a 300 te and if feels even more smooth then my 400.I am going to pick up a lexa later this summer cause I have heard nothing good about them.I like the averse also but like to be able to let out line quick with the thumb release to drop back for fluke but as a striper reel Avet or canyon reel is hard to beat.

Hunting and fishing is not a sport to me its a way of life:rock:
