BHC Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Been thinking of getting a few guns dipped, but seems like most places are nearly 2 hours from me either in NJ or PA. Upon searching the internet I found this company and they are roughly 30/40 mins from me. Just curious if anyone used them or heard anything about them, good or bad. http://www.haggertyhydrographics.com/ Thank you......
LittleM Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 What I said on the other site. Great work and great turn-around time. Located in Allamuchy.
BHC Posted March 22, 2013 Author Posted March 22, 2013 LittleM, thank you for the reply !!! I emailed them requesting if they dip the entire gun, and if so the price. Looks like i will use them since I have gotten good reviews and they are local to me
Cousin Brown Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 Let us know what they quote & how they do... .....they also spelled "accessories" wrong on their website. Treestands don't demand, treestands don't complain, treestands simply ask me to sit down and listen.
Spent Brass Posted March 22, 2013 Posted March 22, 2013 I was looking at the sight and only really seen digital camo.Do the do the hunters brands IE mossy oak real tree and so forth? Hunting and fishing is not a sport to me its a way of life:rock:
BHC Posted March 22, 2013 Author Posted March 22, 2013 cousin brown can mis-spelling a word be a omen? I hope not. I did notice they didn't have Mossy Oak camo patterns but did read on their web page that if pattern isn't listed request it and they can get it. Silver, I got the camo skin lastnight, I was in my basement prepping the gun for the skins, I come upstairs to get the package and I see my little one putting it on her Xbox hunting game gun......Kids are kids !!!!
LittleM Posted March 23, 2013 Posted March 23, 2013 He's got a lot of different patterns. Never looked at the website. He's got all the patterns dipped on stuff on display - bunch of different type of skulls, motorcycle helmets, and stuff.

BHC Posted March 24, 2013 Author Posted March 24, 2013 I tried contacting Haggerty with emails, phone calls, and a "PM" on facebook, he only asked me what type of gun I wanted done with my "PM" on facebook, haven't heard anything yet after that. If I don't hear from him by Thursday morning I will bring my two guns over to a guy in the Allentown, PA area
Cousin Brown Posted March 24, 2013 Posted March 24, 2013 Who does it in Allentown? Treestands don't demand, treestands don't complain, treestands simply ask me to sit down and listen.
BHC Posted March 24, 2013 Author Posted March 24, 2013 Cousin Brown, this guy is near Allentown, PA http://www.extremehydrographicz.com/
BHC Posted March 25, 2013 Author Posted March 25, 2013 Spoke to Wayne from Haggity today, dropping off my 20ga. and maybe the one piece stock of my Savage 220f Friday morning. He has to do the receiver of the 20ga. in one day, he explained to me he can't keep the receiver of any gun for more then a day by law. So he said he will do the 20ga in one day, and the Savage's stock will b complete at a later date. We didn't talk price
LittleM Posted March 25, 2013 Posted March 25, 2013 You won't be sorry. FYI - the longer you leave the finished product alone, the more it will cure and become that much more scratch-resistant. Your smart to get your guns dipped now. When you get them back you can leave them in the gun cabinet and then be good to go this coming fall.
