I wonder if he got cited as there was no tag. Also he was in possession of a live deer. But the evidence ran off. Good thing for all involved it wasn't a buck.

This happen to my uncle 35 yrs ago in the Roscoe, NY area. From our cabin my uncle, father and myself where heading to the Roscoe Diner when he hit a doe, he put in the trunk of the car once we got to the traffic light in town the deer was going nuts, he pulled into the diner's parking lot, opened the trunk and the deer jumped right out knocking my father down, with a gash on his forehead
