I thought hi seas made momoi? I could be wrong. Has low memory, thats why i like it but fish braid pretty much exclusively now.

I like Berkley Big Game for saltwater mono, although I've never fished Momoi so I can't comment on it.

Yup i was wrong, its made by diamond. I confused "hi catch" with hi seas. But yes momoi is awesome.

Momoi is its own brand its expensive as shit for mono but well worth it.Don't try to set a igfa record last I looked 30 pound test broke at like 42 pounds I think.It's on all my striper reels,and on my 50 wide chunking reel.

Great point Spent Brass. Momoi is a great line but if looking to get into the IGFA might not be the right choice. I mainly use clear Ande, never had a problem with it.

Been using Mccoy mean green for freshwater. Very good brand. No memory.

Momoi n the new Berkeley ProSpec...all my offshore have both.. The new Berkeley ProSpec is a thin diameter but strong as hell..
