Bowhunter444 Posted March 4, 2013 Posted March 4, 2013 Made one of my favorites for dinner tonight Venison Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 lb ground venison (I use a 20/80 mix of venison and beef suet) 1 lb ground pork 1 packet lipton recipe secret onion soup mix 1 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs 2 eggs 1 tbs Worcestershire sauce 1 half a red onion, chopped salt & pepper to taste Directions: Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Form into a loaf and place in a pan. heat oven to 375f and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Leftovers will be used in sandwiches for lunch this week Just out of the oven Served it with spinish and potatoes "Don't forget that you're First Marines!
