I just saw a sign at radio shack yesterday that said phone screen repairs. I think it was around 60$ . Not sure if anyone else does them or if maybe your insurance covers it.

Go to apple. Might cost you 100 dollars but they will replace your phone. When did you get it? Come up with a good excuse they may give you one free. A buddy of mine got one free by calling and complaining. Do yourself a favor but an otter box

There's usually places in the mall that can do it as well, some of those kiosks. A few friends have had them replaced. Good luck, and yeah...definitely case it up next time...you can't expect to hit Lou over the head with it and not have it crack at some point! :D

Insurance with Verizon is a flat $50 fee to replace for any reason whatsoever. I lost my phone hunting at Clinton and in 3 days had it replaced under the policy with no issues.

The tricky part are the screws on that phone. I think they are pentalobe screws. I have the tools to open most everything electronic including a driver set to open iPhones.

Front screens are really expensive, and the iPhone 5 parts cost a premium. You might do well on eBay getting parts. I usually pay a couple of bucks extra and get them from people I've done business with before.
