YotaTruck Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Does anybody know who to contact at NJ Audubon about their controlled hunting programs? There's no info on the website (when you click on "deer management" it just says "coming soon"). They just posted some land adjacent to a WMA I hunt recently and the signs say "No Public Hunting" which I assume means that you need a permit from them, etc... I left a message for their head of Stewardship but haven't heard back. They're a pretty big organization though so I was hoping that maybe someone here had dealt with them before and had a good contact.
NJBowman Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 The UBNJ runs all hunts on the Audubon properties. Look for the applications on our website in June and you have to be a UBNJ member to hunt there.

Bucksnbows Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 NJ Audubon is a strong supporter of deer hunting on public lands. I work closely with them on a variety of projects and issues and I know many on their staff hunt their managed properties themselves each year. https://www.troutscapes.com/ https://nativefishcoalition.org/national-board
