Ticks still around

I went out yesterday and walked the woods when I returned I took two ticks off of me, Hard to believe there are still ticks out.

A good product that kills ticks on the spot is called biospot flea and tick its sold in pet stores in a spray bottle. I have used it on both my dogs and myself with super results. The dogs you have to spray before you head into the woods, however ive sprayed my pants after coming out and watched ticks litterally just fall off me. It does have a strong smell so i would not use it for deer hunting, but I have used it for small game and that walk through the woods.

Same here. Had one crawl off me yesterday after being out on our property. Guess there is no more "Tick Season". It's all year now.

Any fox that I have caught over the winter always has live ticks on it. Seems like they ride the winter out on them.
