When do tags go on sale

I still have not read anywhere that our DEP Commissioner has signed off on the Plan.  Unless and until that happens, we do NOT have a hunt of any kind.  Everyone is being told this is a formality and that LaTourette will be signing it.  But I haven't heard nor seen that happen yet.  Hopefully it will happen soon and not last minute.  

Does anyone have a scale i can borrow so i can ask the bear to stand on it when he comes in to see if he is over 75 lbs. Wtf

Stupid question I am going to ask but would they have published it if it wasnt signed ?

I am pretty sure the new bear management plan was signed before last years hunt .

so should be good for the normal duration , since it’s not a plan that’s changed yearly .

There’s a mention in the Digest about it assuming it would all be legal. Based on the future signature of the Commissioner. He should be signing it. All indications are that Murphy will green light him to do so.

No, last year was an “emergency hunt” as I understand it. The Council passed the 5 year plan again this year in hopes it will be signed and we don’t have to do this dance annually.
