  1. Again, not looking for opinions. I looking to learn WHY (their logic) Maine SPECIFICALLY outlawed drives. Was it a vote, tradition, ecological, political etc.
  2. I’ve been using these https://gunshyarchery.com/ after using Great Northern for years.
  3. I am not interested in discussing pros and cons of deer drives. Does anyone know the genesis of what/when and why it is not allowed in Maine or any other state for that matter? Thanks!
  4. Idk. Let me give it some thought.
  5. I still have some. Not sure if I want to part with it. The stuff I have is from the original manufacturer maybe 20 years ago?
  6. Eric was abducted by aliens and hasn’t been seen in years. I think he likes it that way.
  7. Time alone in the woods for sure. After 40 years, i am losing interest on the harvest thing a little at a time. Unless its a real gimme shot, I just take pictures. To be honest, I think I like shed hunting a better.
  8. At this point I just went and paid and got it over with. I am driving around with an expired tag. I was hostile towards the salesman and the finance guy when I got there and the jerkoff manager that I spoke with on the phone hid in his office. The dealer didn’t handle things well so essentially they lost a customer and a referral. In hindsight, I kind of felt bad for the salesman because they kinda pinned it on him. The next time I buy or lease I’m doing it completely online so I don’t have to deal with any bullshit. Who knows, maybe I’ll get a call from them at some point to come clean, maybe not.
  9. That’s what the dealer said.
  10. Correctamundo. I had to pay, my temp expired and I wasn’t legal. I am not happy.
  11. Okay okay. Is it legal/common for a dealer to miscalculate the registration/state sales tax on the closed sale paperwork that you take home. Then, after the deal is closed (more than a month later) and demand the customer to pay the difference while holding the registration and tags hostage?
  12. I have a legal question pertaining to new car dealer purchases ,any lawyers in the house?
  13. I think I would pass on $200 per month. I've been eating and drinking too much and I was looking for a shortcut. 😜
