Venison.  Bear got made into stew and chopped meat.

Nothing like making your own jerky. Takes time and possibly a couple tries to get it right, but it's very rewarding

If you can keep the temps down around 160 with the door cracked open it should work.  Although I imagine you would need to keep the house well ventilated for CO if it's gas???
