2001 Ford Ranger XLT SuperCab (low-mileage!)

Well, with the purchase of my new '16 Tacoma 4x4, it's time to say goodbye to my Ford Ranger. :goodbye:

I know with the start of the main hunting seasons going on right now, people start thinking about getting a truck. Well, here's a nice option for you.

My low-mileage Ford Ranger is up for sale.

It is a 2001 Ford Ranger XLT SuperCab Pickup (2WD) with the largest engine available in that year/make/model (6 cyl, 4.0L).

Truck only has 66,500 miles on it! (66,306 to be exact at the time I'm typing this).

The truck comes with a cap and bed liner. It also is equipped with cruise control, power doors/windows/mirrors, remote door locks, all weather mats, and an aftermarket radio with USB/MP3 support. I even had tow hooks installed on the front and back, and there is a lockable Hi-Lift jack mount installed on the left side of the bed (Hi-Lift jack not included!)

Within the last month or so, I had a hot start problem so I had the fuel pump rebuilt, installed a new fuel pump relay, and replaced the  ECM computer. Truck starts great now and runs great. Within the past three years I put in a new brake line, brakes, belt, IAC, cruise control on/off switch, plugs/wires, battery.

This truck has had a total of two owners - the original owner was my dad, purchased new in 2001, and he gave it to me in April 2014.

Here is a link to KBB so you can see its report (note: I put in for the lowest condition rating of "Fair" so as not to inflate the estimate with subjective ratings like "good" or "very good"):

KBB value is $5,463. I'm asking for an under-KBB price of $5,200. (note: no personal checks please - cash or cashier's check only)

This is a great truck and with such low mileage, it is going to last a long time.

Located in southern New Jersey - Gloucester Township, Camden County.

Any questions, just ask. PM me if interested.

I got offers on the truck - so far, highest offer is 4,000. Putting it out there if anyone needs a Ranger and wants to beat it. Blue book value on this is 5,500. You're getting a great deal if you want to offer $4,500. Gonna hopefully close on a deal by Friday. (I feel like I should do my best used car salesman impression here!) PM me if interested.
