Hunterdon Deer Butcher 2016 2017 season

We will be ready to go this Saturday at 8am and look forward to seeing everyone again.This year our cuts are still $80.00 and include your choice of steaks, cutlets, roasts, stew meat, back straps, tenderloins, and burger.  All deer 50 lbs and under are $70.00 for the EAB season only. All cuts are 100% boneless, vacuum packed, labeled, frozen, and portioned for 1 -2 people. The deer you drop off is the exact deer you get back, even the burger, we DO NOT bulk grind. Our specialty items include Italian hot, sweet, and breakfast sausage, jalapeno cheddar bologna, hot sticks, kielbasa, pork roll, hot dogs, sauerkraut cheddar dogs, and jalapeno cheddar dogs that range from $4 to $7a LB. We have state of the art walk in coolers and a walk in freezer. We are also inspected by the county and state health department. We are an official HUNTERS HELPING THE HUNGRY butcher and will be accepting donations for the program. Our hours of operation are September and October, Mon - Sat 8am - 9pm. Sun 8am - 8pm. November - February, Mon - Sat 9am - 8pm. Sun 9am - 7pm. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY DEER WITH OUT A VALID CONFORMATION AND HUNTING LISCENCE NUMBER.
