I went with flat9999 today to cherry ridge range. We shot out to 300 yards to prepare for our Texas Aoudad hunt next month. It's amazing how your groups open up a bit at that distance. I was still very satisfied with both our groups. I shot my 270 Weatherby Mag and Rich shot his 257 Weatherby Mag.

Good shooting Joe.
3-4" groups at 300 yds. is spectacular. You can't imagine how many times I've seen people burn through 2 boxes of ammo and never get it on paper at that distance.

Good luck on the hunt.

Those aoudaud are tough critters to get close to. Bring good glass.
