Posted Image Back in 71 while camping out in the GREEN Mts In VT, deer hunting it snowed 2ft overnight.Closest I ever felt to how the 20th century mountainman must of felt.Five miles from the nearest house.Took most of the day,to make it to a road and hitchhike to town.Hurt for hours burning and itching from thawing out!I guess that was nothing like Maine or the rockies though, ever happen to you?:praying:

Yup, when I went to college in NH. We use to dig tunnels from one part of the campus to the other.

Yep, went to college in VT. One winter we got multiple feet of snow every weekend for 3-4 weekends in a row. Ended up with 8'+. And you know what? There was still bread on the shelves. No beer, but lots of bread.

And once skiing up at Sugarbush, but it's not really a blizzard to me it's just a good powder day once the wind dies down.
